Clear delivery, cancellation and return information for every Maya's House order. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Maya's House is operated as a UK sole-trader business. For order, product or policy questions, email info@mayashouse.uk. Return requests must be started through the online form; the return address and instructions are then provided by email.
Delivery is free to UK addresses and £4.99 to European Union addresses. The checkout will only accept addresses in the selected region. Orders are delivered within 30 days unless a different timeframe is agreed with you. Tracking or delivery updates are emailed when available.
You may request cancellation within 14 days after delivery, then return the cup within the following 14 days. It may be opened for reasonable inspection, but should not be used and must be safely repacked. Start through our online return form; after review we will send the return address and instructions. We may reduce a refund if handling goes beyond what would be reasonable in a shop. Statutory rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are not affected.
Each order contains one cup only. Hand wash with mild detergent and do not microwave because of the gold-toned detail. Lifestyle props are not included and colour may vary slightly between screens.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Maya's House receives the order and delivery details needed to fulfil your purchase, but does not store full card numbers. Read our privacy notice for more information.
