This notice explains how Maya's House uses personal information when you browse, buy or request a return.
We receive the contact, delivery and order information needed to fulfil your purchase. If you request a return, we also receive the details and any proof image you submit. Stripe processes payment information and does not provide us with your full card number.
We use personal information to process and deliver orders, provide customer support, manage cancellations and returns, prevent fraud, keep required business records and comply with legal obligations.
Information is shared only where needed with service providers involved in payment, order fulfilment, delivery, website hosting and customer support. We do not sell personal information.
Order and support records are kept only for as long as reasonably needed for fulfilment, returns, accounting, dispute handling and legal requirements. Proof images are restricted to return-review purposes.
You may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, subject to any information we must retain by law. You may also object to or ask us to restrict certain uses.
